Open Outlook XP and click on Tools and then E-mail Accounts.

Make sure there is a dot beside "Add a new e-mail account" and click Next.

Select POP3, and click Next.

Fill in your name and email address.
The incoming mail server should be mail.sts-egypt.com.
The outgoing mail server should bemail.sts-egypt.com
The username field should automatically be populated after you've entered your email address.
Enter your password.and put a check next to "Remember password".

• Click the More Settings button, On the Internet E-mail Settings window, select the "Outgoing Server" tab.

• If required by your ISP, Select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."

• Click OK.
