Open Internet Explorer and click on the Mail icon

To configure Outlook Express, click on Tools and then choose Accounts

Click on the Mail tab.
Click Add and then click Mail

Enter the name that you wish to appear in the From: field
Click Next to continue...

Enter the e-mail address to be used
Click Next to continue..

ChoosePOP3 as the server type.
Enter the Incoming mail and Outgoing mail as shown in the above example.

Click Next to continue..

Enter the POP account name
Enter the Password
Click Next to continue..

Choose a friendly name for this account

Click Next to continue..

Choose Connect using my phone line
Click Next to continue..

Choose the modem to use. Most users will only have one modem to select from.
Click Next to continue..

Select Use an existing dial-up connection
Click Next to continue..

Click Finish
