1-use CPanel user name and password to log in
2-select “File Manager”
3-select “Public HTML” by clicking yellow folder on the left.
4-select location you want to upload your files to it.
5-click “Upload files(s)” link
6-Browse on your computer and click the folders you wish to upload from here then press upload
